Join the Greens for the worldwide opening night of Wicked!

Join the Greens for the worldwide opening night of the new movie adaptation of Wicked in Adelaide’s beautiful Regal Theatre.

It’s an epic story about a green underdog in the Land of Oz fighting back against a corrupt government. Hold on, this is starting to sound familiar!

After two decades as one of the most beloved and enduring musicals on the stage, Wicked makes its long-awaited journey to the big screen as a spectacular cinematic event this holiday season.

Starring the Emmy, Grammy, and Tony winning powerhouse Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba, and Grammy-winning, multi-platinum recording artist, and global superstar Ariana Grande as Glinda.

The film also stars Oscar® winner Michelle Yeoh as Shiz University’s regal headmistress; Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero, a roguish and carefree prince; Tony nominee Ethan Slater as Boq, an altruistic Munchkin student; and pop culture icon Jeff Goldblum as the legendary Wizard of Oz.

The Regal Theatre is in the federal electorate of Sturt. Sturt is one of the most winnable seats for the Greens in the nation. If just 1 in 10 people in Sturt change their vote, we will win.

We have a plan to re-elect Sarah Hanson-Young to the Senate, and to make history by electing our Greens candidate for Sturt, Katie McCusker.

So bring your friends and family, enjoy the buzz of the worldwide opening night, and help support the Greens to win the seat of Sturt.
