Are you a regular blood or plasma donor? Have you always wanted to donate, but didn't want to go alone? The Kingston Greens invite you to join us at a group donation event on Saturday 19 April.

Your single donation can save up to three lives!

What to expect:

• Brief health screening

• Complimentary refreshments afterwards

Please bring photo ID, your donor ID and wear a greens t-shirt to your donation appointment.

Stay well-hydrated before your donation and remember to have a good meal within 3 hours of donating.
