Did you know Ottoway is Adelaide's hottest suburb? Tree coverage, or Urban Canopies, are vital in combatting Ottoway's "urban heat island" effect, and will help by reducing temperatures, enhancing livability and providing homes for native species.
Hindmarsh Branch are joining forces with Seeds For Change to help boost Ottoway's urban canopy by planting 210 TREES at Emerald Reserve for National Tree Planting Day, Saturday, 27 July.
Everyone is welcome to join after planting for a lunch at the Rosewater Hotel.
