Everyone is welcome. Even if you’ve volunteered before at polling booths, or you’re doing it for the first time, or you’re just curious, come along!
We're expecting hundreds of people at this training.
We'll have some fun! We’ll be acting out a handful of situations, and taking suggestions from the audience about how to improve.
This training is just three days before Election Day. We will cover:
- What to expect, latest rules, positioning yourself, what to say
- How to answer Frequently Asked Questions from voters
- Techniques for winning votes by having conversations!
- If there’s a voter from a different seat, if there’s a problem
- The latest intel, other opportunities, and plans for the future!
This election, we must re-elect Sarah Hanson-Young to the Senate, make history by electing Katie McCusker to the seat of Sturt, and grow the Greens movement in every seat across South Australia!
Together, we’ll make the big corporations pay their fair share so we can fund the things we need. Affordable housing. Dental into Medicare. Making price gouging illegal. No new coal and gas. Wiping student debt.
This training is free, but please RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
