Everyone is welcome. It doesn’t matter if you live outside of Sturt or have never been involved, this is still the event for you!
If possible, attend a doorknock or phone bank to gain experience. Practice with persuasive conversations is hugely valuable.
'Scrapping' is what the Greens call having persuasive conversations with voters at polling booths. So while part of the polling booth team focusses on ensuring a How to Vote card gets in every hand, the scrappers focuss on persuasive conversations to win votes at the last second.
A staggering number of voters are undecided when they go to vote. Scrapping at early voting and election day could shift the winning votes.
